Everything You Need to Know Before Your Visit
Are you thinking of bringing your child to Kids' Smiles on Lincoln? We can’t wait! We’re always happy to see new smiles and help little ones learn more about what great dental health means. This page covers the basics that you need to know before you visit. Of course, you can always call us if there’s anything else you want to know, and once you arrive, our team will be more than happy to answer additional questions.
Your First Visit
At your first visit, we’ll give you a warm greeting and work quickly to make sure all of your paperwork is filed correctly. Then you and your little one will be taken back to the treatment area to meet the dentist. We’ll take the time to help your child get used to the environment of our pediatric dental office, and we can also perform an age-appropriate examination. Please let us know if there have been any concerning developments in your child’s mouth that you want us to check for.
New Patient Forms
Before we start your child’s care, you need to complete some paperwork. We need to know as much as possible about your child’s oral and overall health history so that we can plan appropriate treatments. We’ve tried to make our forms as easy to understand as possible, but if you need help completing them, just let one of our team members know. Once your paperwork is complete, it won’t be long before your child’s appointment begins.
Dental Insurance Welcome
For many families, dental insurance is extremely important when it comes to affording dental care for everyone. We want to make things as easy as possible for you, which is why we strive to be an insurance-friendly company. We take most dental PPO plans, so feel free to call us to confirm whether we take your plan. If you’re not sure what your benefits are, we’ll be more than happy to go over them with you in more detail.

The MassHealth Dental Program serves over 1.8 million Commonwealth residents, making sure that they can afford quality dental care.
